1. Processing of Personal Data

Veltia Trust collects only the data strictly necessary for account management, billing, and security. This includes: Email, Account Type (Personal/Business), Fiscal Name, Tax ID, Authorized IP addresses for API access, and billing data.

2. Zero-Storage Principle & Security

Veltia Trust operates under the "Privacy by Design" and Zero-Storage principles. We do not receive or store original documents. We only process irreversible SHA-256 hashes. The IP addresses registered in your IP Whitelist are used exclusively to prevent unauthorized access to your API key.

3. Data Portability & Export

In compliance with GDPR, tools are provided in your dashboard to export your evidence history in universal formats (CSV and JSON).

4. Third Parties & Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details on our servers. Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase (EU-based servers).

5. Privacy Rights (GDPR)

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, and objection by sending an email to info@veltiatrust.com
